My feminism
I’m a bit sick of anons questioning my “version” of feminism.
I wear make up. I’m still a feminist.
I shave my legs. I’m still a feminist.
I date men. I’m still a feminist.
I have an extensive knowledge of designers and fashion, and have a collection of couture pieces. I’m still a feminist.
I have bulimia. I’m still a feminist..
I post photos of thinspo (for myself) and guys I find attractive on my own blog. I’m still a feminist. The above attributes do not detract from my belief that men and women should be treated equally in all facets of everyday life. They do not diminish the work I personally do to create awareness of women’s issues in my local community. They do not erase my personal beliefs. Please stop insisting I am a contradiction.
