You understand that MRAs and most people in general consider funfems to be like this too, don’t you? It’s great to see this kind of garbage within the movement as well, because that’s just what we need, a hypersensitive, sensationalised AND INCORRECT interpretation of radical feminism. “Radscum” is bordering on “feminazi” territory, and if you don’t see that, open your eyes. I didn’t realise fighting for the rights of women made us “scum”, but really, thanks for reinforcing the mass media’s opinion. Men’s issues/egos will always trump women’s issues, even within our own movement. Let us all go back to the kitchen and be ashamed of our bodies and relinquish our rights to vote. Let’s stop referring to ourselves as women because the trans people are SO offended!

Fighting for the rights of women doesn’t make you scum. Fighting for only SOME of them and deciding other women are invalid makes you scum.

You’re accusing me of wanting to move backwards - I want to move forwards. Hating trans people isn’t doing anything to help anybody.

It’s not about hating trans people. I do not hate trans people. I just do not accept the concept of “cis privilege”, because there’s no privilege being a part of the sex class. I find it offensive that my identity has been appropriated and used against me. I find it difficult being told I can’t call myself a woman because it’s “cissexist”. I find it difficult not being able to talk about women’s issues because they’re “cissexist”. I hate it that when I write about female genital mutilation, trans activists derail the entire topic by telling me it’s “cissexist” to assume it HAPPENS TO GIRLS, and that the uterus is not a female organ. Me fighting for the rights and freedom of women-born-women does not make me scum and it never will.

EDIT: What I meant was MRAs think of funfems as scum. Also, I wanted to add that it’s disturbing to hear trans people say “i’ve always felt like a woman”. Seriously? What the hell is this even supposed to mean?

I have never, ever, EVER heard a trans* or non-binary person say that using the word “woman” is cissexist. And calling genitals female is cissexist, because it invalidates the identities of women with penises or non-binary genitals.

Listen. If the entire argument here is that you refuse to accept anyone without a uterus as a woman, I can’t discuss this with you, because it’s not going to go anywhere.

(Oh, and you apparently don’t hate trans* people, yet you reblog something claiming that trans women are men in dresses who go into the women’s restroom to record people urinating and praise it for its “accuracy.” HMMMMMM.)

I’m sorry that you refuse to accept your privilege. It’s really not something I can help you with.

I refuse to accept anyone without XX chromosomes and experiences of girlhood as a woman. Also, thanks for trying to imply I’m off-base, but maybe your words will have more weight to them when you stop using disgusting words like “radscum”. If your opinion differs from mine, it doesn’t justify you calling me “scum”, as that serves to delineate from my point and vilify me and my character.
